Tamara’s extensive consulting experience with publicly held and private corporate Boards gives her expertise in building high-performing Boards and enhancing Board effectiveness. Responsive to the issues, challenges, and responsibilities facing Boards of entrepreneurial and rapidly evolving companies, Tamara provides customized governance consulting services and also recruits distinguished Board Director candidates who bring expert, diverse perspectives and competencies tailored to the client’s needs.

Prior to joining Levin & Company, Tamara was President, Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of UST Leasing Corporation, an investment banking/financial services company serving the financing needs of public and private, national and international companies, ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 500.

Over the years, Tamara has served on several Boards and committees. Currently, she is Chairman of the Massachusetts State College Building Authority, Trustee of Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering, and Overseer of the Boston Symphony Orchestra and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Previously, she was a Board Director of Uno Restaurant Corporation, a NYSE company, and MuseumShop.com, an early-stage, private e-commerce company.
