Becky's career with retained search firms began in 1981, when the biotechnology industry was in its infancy. In 1985, she founded her own executive search firm, which grew and expanded into other industries, including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, instrumentation, and health services. As a search consultant, Becky has successfully advised a variety of companies, ranging from small start-ups to multi-national corporations.

Under her guidance, Levin & Company has built one of the highest closure rates in the search industry. Continually expanding the horizons of Levin & Company, Becky conceived the Corporate Governance program in the mid-1990’s by observing the lack of diversity at the Board level. Today, the Governance Practice represents approximately a quarter of the firm’s assignments.

Becky received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro.  Becky was chosen as the Joseph M. Bryan School of Business and Economics' 2008 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient from UNCG.
